At Above and Beyond Emergency Response Training our mission is to elevate the standard of resuscitation and first aid training for our community.
With our team of highly experienced doctors and nurses working within intensive care and emergency medicine, we deliver expert training to workplaces, schools, sports clubs, gyms, dental practices, nurseries, and more.
Our goal is not only to certify but to ensure a deeply engaging and memorable learning experience that surpasses traditional training courses.
Refund Policy
Cancellations: Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the course date will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the course date are non-refundable, though we will offer to reschedule where possible.
Non-Attendance: No refund will be issued for non-attendance on the day of training.
Unsatisfactory Experience: If you are not satisfied with the training provided, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your feedback and may offer a partial refund or free rebooking at our discretion.
